Location: Chestnut Hill Reservoir on April 28th. The 3.1-mile course is around a beautiful reservoir surrounded by trees and parks and consists of a DOUBLE LOOP course. The race begins at Chestnut Hill Reservoir behind Reilly Memorial Rink.

Day of Registration: Event day check-in starts at 8 a.m. 
Program: Begins at 9 a.m.
Superhero Sprint:  Begins at 9:25 a.m.
Race Start Time: Begins at 9:30 a.m.

Pick up t-shirts, bibs and timer devices when you check in. This is a time-certified race for all participants.

Event Festivities: A key moment of our event will be the first introduction of a bone marrow recipient to their lifesaving donor. All contact for the first year after a transplant must be anonymous, so it is always a joyful, exciting moment when the two are able to meet in person for the first time! Music, refreshments, and more. Post race we are hosting an awards ceremony for the top runners.

Children: The Superhero Sprint will be held at 9:30 a.m. before the 5K. All children ages 6 and under are encouraged to join and costumes are welcome. Sprinters will receive a Gift of Life shirt, cape, and a Superhero Sprint finisher medal. For safety, please wear sneakers. Day care is not available at this event.

Dogs: Well-behaved leashed dogs are welcome. Please bring bags to pick up after your dog.

Restrooms: Restrooms will be available in the Reilly Rink clubhouse.

Water Stops: Water will be provided throughout the event and at two water stops on the course.

Refreshments: Continental breakfast and coffee will be served.

Parking: Parking is available around the Reservoir and on Beacon Street. Please read all street signs and obey parking regulations. Take the MBTA if possible to reduce traffic, parking congestion, and ecological impact.
